When the ticket pool changes.

These stages apply to ordinary Hero Recruitment Tickets. The roster is cumulative: each new stage keeps the earlier heroes and adds the heroes listed below. Preseason means Season 0.

The regular UR roster

Find the hero you’re saving for.

All 15 heroes below are in the ordinary-ticket pool by Season 4. Select a hero to explore their profile and skills.

Read the percentage correctly

A bigger pool changes your target’s odds.

Ordinary pulls

The timeline shows the chance of pulling one specific UR hero on an ordinary draw. In Season 4, each regular UR hero is listed at 0.08%, giving 1.2% across the 15 UR heroes.

More available heroes does not automatically mean better odds for the particular hero you want. Ragnar starts at 1% per ordinary pull; Charles enters at 0.5% on day 28.

Guaranteed UR pulls

The guaranteed-reward pool has separate percentages. The 0.08% figure does not describe your chance on a guaranteed UR pull.

Open the tavern’s % / probability panel to compare ordinary and guaranteed rewards before spending. Season 5 adds weapon materials and updates the displayed rates.

Hero visibility

A hero can appear in the game before ordinary tickets can recruit them. Their release or display date does not determine ticket-pool entry.

For example, Charles Martel appears on day 21, but joins this pool on day 28. Harald III appears on day 42, but joins the ordinary-ticket pool in Season 2.

Plan around your squad

Should you spend now or save?

  1. Check whether your target is in the pool. Saving until their entry stage gives ordinary tickets a chance to recruit them. Spending before that stage cannot pull them from this pool.
  2. Compare the current odds. If your target is already available, waiting for a larger roster can dilute their individual chance. Choose between pursuing that hero now and gaining access to more heroes later.
  3. Use the correct ticket. Hero Return Recruitment Tickets and seasonal recruitment have separate reward pools. Do not apply this ordinary-ticket timeline to those draws.
  4. Coordinate with your scoring events. When an active event rewards hero recruitment, consider using tickets then—after checking the pool and that event’s rules.
Before your next draw

Common tavern questions.

When do all heroes join the ticket pool?

The regular 15-hero UR roster is complete in Season 4. This does not include every special or promoted hero: Bjorn, Aquilus and Amina are absent from the ordinary-ticket pools covered here.

Does unlocking or owning a hero add them to the pool?

The ordinary-ticket stages are controlled by server age and season. A hero being visible or already in your collection is not the rule that adds them to these pools.

Is server day 28 based on when I created my account?

No. Server age starts when the server opens. The opening calendar day is day 1, and each server-day reset advances the count. Your account’s creation date does not restart it.

Does saving tickets make a pull luckier?

Saving changes when you draw, not the listed probability for an individual draw. It can let you wait for a new hero to enter the pool. Each ticket still follows the active pool’s odds and guarantee rules.

Why does my tavern show a different percentage?

Check which recruitment tab, ticket and reward type you are viewing. Ordinary pulls, guaranteed rewards and seasonal recruitment have different probabilities. Use the current in-game probability panel when deciding to spend.
