Buying VIP points directly costs 1 Gem per point. Gem equivalents assume all points are bought; free points and existing progress reduce the cost. Reaching a VIP level and buying its exclusive pack are separate. The pack price is not the cost of reaching that level. VIP points can come from login rewards, items and purchases; there is no fixed cash price for a VIP level.
