The weekly contest

How to win Capital Siege

Capture, hold, win

  1. Your alliance must control a level 6 city to contest the Capital.
  2. The siege lasts up to 8 hours. Reach 100% capture progress to win, or hold the Capital the longest when the siege ends.
  3. The winning alliance leader becomes King.

Check your in-game event countdown for your kingdom’s opening time.

Prepare for the Deadzone

  • Castle level 12 or above is required to enter.
  • You cannot activate a Shield, gather Intel or execute Bounty Tasks there.
  • March Speedups are disabled, and movement is slowed.
  • Return squads to your Castle before changing attack targets.

Bring the troops, healing resources and coordination you need before entering.

Royal Architect focuses on construction, Royal Scholar on research, Royal Marshal on training and Royal Physician on healing. Check that the position is active before starting your action.

The King and Chancellor can appoint Lords. The Chancellor cannot appoint or dismiss themselves. Transferring alliance leadership removes the current leader’s King status.

Apply for a Royal Favor

Castle 16+ Lords can join the queue for a temporary buff.

Applications & queues

  • One active application at a time, with a 30-minute cooldown between applications.
  • Lords who already hold a Royal Position cannot apply for another Favor.
  • Each Favor supports 50 applications and an Auto Grant queue of 50 Lords.
  • Applications expire after 24 hours.
  • The King, Chancellor or corresponding official approves applications. The King can enable Auto Approval.

Appointments & resets

The detailed rules give a 4 minute 40 second appointment cooldown. Follow the countdown shown in your game.

All applications are cleared when the Capital War starts. Applications reopen when the new King takes the throne.

Approved Lords receive the Favor in queue order when it becomes available.

The English rules describe casualties and deaths; a legacy text also mentions injured soldiers. Use the event score shown after your battle to confirm which losses count.

Occupation scoring

Garrisoning the Capital earns score over time. The rules say the rate depends on Squad Power.

A fixed points-per-second rate for every squad is not established, so there is no estimated occupation calculator here.

Cross-kingdom warfare

Capital Siege in Kingdom Duel

This mode has a different time limit, victory condition and Ballista system.

A four-hour battle

The listed schedule is Saturday, 14:00–18:00 server time. The Capital and all four Ballistas become contestable at the start.

Reach 100% capture progress to win. If neither kingdom reaches 100% within four hours, the defending kingdom wins.

Lords from the same kingdom are allies and can garrison together, even from different alliances.

Winning kingdoms advance to the next round. Consecutive wins increase reward multipliers; a defeat resets the streak.

Kingdom Duel Ballista

Control the Ballistas

A captured Ballista fires at an enemy-held Capital every 10 seconds, causing losses equal to 1% of each squad’s maximum capacity.

When your kingdom controls the Capital, holding Ballistas increases capture speed.

Check the Kingdom Duel event screen for the current round and schedule.

Capital Siege Rules

Once Capital Siege begins, all 4 Ballistas become available for capture.

During battles over the Capital and Ballistas, Lords from the same Kingdom are treated as allies. Their troops will not attack each other.

Example: If Alliance A from Kingdom #1 captures the Capital, troops sent by Alliance B from Kingdom #1 will garrison it together as allies.

Ballista Abilities

The Ballista is a key strategic weapon in Capital Siege.

Once captured, it automatically attacks the enemy-held Capital at regular intervals, eliminating a number of soldiers from all garrisoned troops.

When your Kingdom controls the Capital, capturing Ballistas also greatly increases the Capital's capture speed.

Capturing the Capital

Capital Siege lasts up to 4h. If neither Kingdom reaches 100% within the time limit, the Defender wins.

The winning Kingdom advances to the Next Round of Kingdom Duel and faces the winner of another match until a champion is crowned.

Once Capital Siege ends, Rankings are locked. Lords may still earn Points and claim reward boxes.

Kingdom Win Streak Rewards:

Winning Kingdoms build up win streaks as they advance. Reward multipliers increase with each consecutive victory.

A single defeat resets the win streak and ends further progression.

Conqueror & additional positions

An attacking kingdom’s victory grants its King the Conqueror buff. It enhances existing positions and unlocks two more.
