Request a refund
Paddle handles Premium purchases as merchant of record. Use your receipt’s support link or visit paddle.net to request a refund. Keep your order reference ready; never send payment-card details through our website feedback form.
Eligibility and your rights
Purchases follow Paddle’s Refund Policy. Refunds depend on applicable law and Paddle’s review. A request does not guarantee approval. Statutory withdrawal rights may apply, including a 14-day period for eligible first subscription payments in certain countries. Eligibility and exceptions are explained in Paddle’s policy. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation
Cancel through the Paddle customer portal or paddle.net to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself request a refund.
