Barracks layout at every Castle level
These are the minimum barracks levels for each promotion stop, using the number of barracks selected above. Between troop unlocks, keep the same ladder. You may raise a barracks within its current troop tier for more capacity.

How to use waterfall training
- Prepare lower-level troops. Train the starting tier while there is room in your Drill Ground. Keep them ready for a training event.
- Promote from the lowest barracks upward. Run the batch through every stop in the ladder.
- Collect during the right phase. For Race to Ace, use Soldier Training. For Royal Chest, check Day 5’s Soldier Training tasks.
- Keep your strongest troops for combat. Finish the ladder before you need the troops in a march. Avoid filling your Drill Ground with unfinished low-tier troops.
