Know the limits.
Keep more of the loot.
Not every plunder uses the same counter. Understand reduced yields, target protection and the separate limits for wagons, Bounty Tasks and cargo ships.

Why a Castle attack can give less loot.
Your daily yield, the target’s protection and your march capacity all affect how much loot you bring home.
Daily yield reduction
The game tracks the resources you have plundered today. As your daily total increases, your loot yield can be reduced. Check the percentage shown in the plunder warning before attacking.
Repeated-target protection
After a Lord has been plundered a certain number of times, further plundering that day grants no loot.
Check the target’s status before attacking again. Castle protection is separate from wagon and Bounty Task limits.
Squad Load & protected resources
Squad Load affects the resource cap for gathering and plundering. The game also identifies protection for Wood, Food and Coins.
Your march can only carry up to its capacity. Protected resources at the target are not available to plunder.
Compare resource thresholds.
Choose a level to compare the two resource thresholds. These are data levels, not Castle levels. For your current loot yield, check the percentage shown in-game.

Check your Squad Load before you march.
Each point of Squad Load increases the resource cap for gathering and plundering.
Review your squad’s load capacity when preparing an attack. A victory does not mean you can carry every available resource home: your capacity and the target’s protected resources still matter.
Trade wagon plunder.
- Plunder wagons belonging to Lords outside your Alliance.
- A successful plunder randomly steals part of the cargo.
- The rules say integrity is reduced proportionally, cannot be lower than 50%, and wagons below 50% integrity cannot be plundered.
- Wagon escort battles cause no soldier casualties. Heroes recover to full HP after each fight.
Read the in-game rules
[Overview] 1. You can conduct up to 4 trades per day. Each trade uses 1 wagon. The more squads you unlock, the more wagons become available. 2. After departure, wagons travel along random routes and may be plundered by other Lords. 3. When a wagon reaches its destination, you can claim the remaining cargo as rewards. [Start a Trade] 1. You can deploy up to 5 Heroes to escort a wagon. Each Hero can only escort 1 wagon at a time. 2. Once a wagon departs, the escort lineup cannot be changed. 3. When selecting a wagon, you can refresh its cargo (rewards) once for free. [Trade Rewards] 1. When a wagon reaches its destination, you can claim the remaining cargo as rewards. 2. The more times you refresh a wagon using Trade Contracts, the higher the chance of obtaining higher-rarity wagons. 3. The higher the wagon's rarity and your Castle Level, the higher the value of its cargo. [Plunder Wagons] 1. You may plunder wagons belonging to Lords outside your Alliance up to 4 times per day. 2. Successful plunder randomly steals part of the wagon's cargo. 3. Wagon escort battles cause no soldier casualties. Each wagon can be plundered up to 2 times. [Probabilities] 1. The appearance rates of wagons of different rarities vary depending on the number of wagon refreshes (including free refreshes). See below for details. (1 Refresh):N(50) R(30) SR(10) SSR(5) UR(5) (2 Refreshes):N(30) R(30) SR(20) SSR(10) UR(10) (3 Refreshes):N(20) R(20) SR(30) SSR(15) UR(15)) (4 Refreshes):N(0) R(20) SR(40) SSR(20) UR(20) (5 Refreshes):N(0) R(0) SR(50) SSR(25) UR(25) (>5 Refreshes):N(0) R(0) SR(0) SSR(0) UR(100)

1. Lords can plunder non-allied wagons in transit on the map. 2. If successful, an attack will randomly plunder the items and resources on a wagon. 3. After a plunder, the wagon's integrity will be reduced proportionally to the goods plundered, but cannot be lower than 50%. 4. Wagons with integrity below 50% cannot be plundered.
Bounty Task plunder.
- Daily limit: 5 plunders and 5 assists. This counter resets at 00:00 server time.
- Plunder non-ally tasks. Allies can assist completed tasks to help protect rewards.
- Each Lord may plunder a particular task once per day; a task may be plundered up to three times in total.
- Completed and already depleted targets can be unavailable. Check the task status before sending.
Read the in-game rules
Rules: 1. Each day, you can dispatch Heroes to complete Bounty Tasks across the world. Each task takes a certain amount of time to complete before rewards can be claimed. 2. Bounty Tasks have 5 difficulty stars, scaling with your Castle level. Higher stars mean better rewards. 3. Different Bounty Tasks offer different rewards. You can refresh tasks before accepting them to find ones with rewards you prefer. However, tasks marked with a red star cannot be refreshed, as they already offer the best rewards. Task refresh probabilities by rarity: SR: 68% SSR: 24% UR: 8% 4. N tasks refresh daily at 0:00 Server Time, while 1 red-star task appears every 3 days. Please plan your time wisely. 5. You can plunder task rewards from Lords outside your Alliance, while your allies can help you collect yours. Work together to protect your rewards! 6. Each day, you can plunder other Lords 5 times and help allies 5 times. 7. Bounty Tasks do not use your march queues directly. Each march queue lets you execute 2 tasks at the same time. Unlock more march queues to complete tasks more efficiently.
Cargo ship plunder.
For Regular and Mega Express ships, each successful plunder takes one cargo item from each of three different passengers. Passengers who have not yet been plundered during that voyage are prioritized.
- Only passengers whose cargo is taken lose those items.
- The Captain’s exclusive cabin cannot be plundered.
- The Captain’s cargo in other cabins and VIP-passenger bonus cargo can be plundered.
- The initial limit is three plunders per ship. Check the active ship’s remaining opportunities before attacking.
Read the in-game rules
Participation Conditions 1. Your Alliance has at least 20 members. 2. You have unlocked the Shipping Dock and have been in the Alliance for at least 24 hours. 3. Each Alliance may dispatch 1 Regular Cargo Ship and 2 Mega Express Cargo Ships per day. Only the top 50 Alliances in a Kingdom will receive 1 Regular Cargo Ship each day. Cargo Ships 1. Regular Cargo Ship: At 00:05 server time each day, eligible Alliances will each receive 1 Regular Cargo Ship. An R4/R5 member must appoint a Captain to prepare the ship for departure. 2. Mega Express Cargo Ship: When no ship is being prepared, a Lord may purchase a Mega Express Cargo Ship and automatically become its Captain. 3. A ship has 4 cabins, numbered 1 to 4 from bow to stern, each offering different rewards. Prep Stage 1. A ship's prep stage lasts 4 hours. The ship departs automatically when preparation is complete. 2. The Captain can assign escorts and refresh the cargo onboard. After 5 refreshes, the ship becomes a Golden Cargo Ship. 3. Passengers may queue to enter the cabin they want and switch cabins freely during the prep stage. Once preparation is complete, queuing closes. Boarding & Trade Contract Returns 1. Once preparation is complete, the system selects passengers based on the available slots in each cabin, giving priority to Lords who have gifted more Trade Contracts. 2. If multiple Lords have gifted the same number of Trade Contracts, passengers will be chosen randomly. 3. Gifting Trade Contracts does not guarantee boarding. Lords who gifted Trade Contracts but were not selected will receive their Trade Contracts back by mail once the passenger list is finalized. Trade Contracts already received by the Captain will not be deducted. 4. If you don't have enough Trade Contracts, you can spend Gems to make up the difference. If you fail to board, the portion covered by Gems will also be returned as Trade Contracts, not Gems. Ship in Transit 1. A ship in transit may be attacked by other Lords. Each successful attack plunders 1 random piece of cargo from each of 3 different passengers, for a total of 3 pieces of cargo. 2. During plunder, passengers who have not yet been plundered during the current voyage are prioritized. Plundered cargo is deducted only from the affected passenger's rewards and does not affect the same rewards received by other passengers. 3. Cargo in the Captain's exclusive cabin cannot be plundered. However, the Captain's cargo in other cabins and bonus cargo from VIP passengers can still be plundered. 4. Each ship may initially be plundered up to 3 times. Rewards 1. The Captain receives the rewards from the Captain's exclusive cabin, plus any of their own cargo that remains in the other cabins after plunder. 2. Passengers receive any of their own cargo that remains in the cabin they boarded after plunder. 3. You can view the cargo plundered from each passenger and the quantities plundered in the Cargo Ship details on the World Map and in the passenger list in the arrival mail.
Special events use different loot rules.
Tusk Spoils Rush
Breaching a Castle can plunder Spoils, with a cap per march. Check the event’s displayed march cap before attacking.
Shields, teleporting out of the Deadzone and being blasted away can also cause Spoils to be lost.
Gold Mine Conquest
Its rules explicitly say Castles are not plundered when attacked during the event.
Explore the eventCity Funds
Capturing another Alliance’s City does not plunder its City Funds. On capture or voluntary abandonment, funds convert into Lord’s Award items under the stated shop rules.
Explore the city guideMake your next attack worth the march.
- Identify the plunder type. Castle resources, wagon cargo, Bounty Tasks and ship cargo have different limits. Keep their counters separate.
- Read your current yield warning. If the game reports reduced resource yield, use that live percentage to decide whether another raid is worth it.
- Check the target and capacity. Scout what is available, review Squad Load, and inspect the target’s remaining plunder opportunities.
- Compare the actual battle report. Look at loot gained and troop losses. A reduced-yield Castle raid may be a poor trade even when an attack still succeeds.
- Spend limited opportunities deliberately. Compare cargo or task rewards before using a wagon or Bounty Task plunder. Check your Alliance’s rules before attacking.
