Wall of Honor: unlocks, shards & faction bonuses
Turn five-star hero shards into Honor levels and unlock extra bonuses for their faction.
Unlock the Wall of Honor
Raise the relevant faction building to level 20: Tribe Forge for Tribe, Legion Bastion for Legion, or Ranger Retreat for Ranger. Heroes at five stars are automatically added to the Wall of Honor for their faction.
What Honor levels do
Spend Hero Shards in the Wall of Honor to raise a hero’s Honor level and gain attribute boosts. These are separate upgrades after reaching five stars.
At Honor levels 50, 100, 150 and 200, the hero unlocks additional attribute boosts for all heroes in that faction. These milestones are a reason to plan upgrades rather than spreading shards evenly.

Which heroes should you upgrade first?
Start with heroes from the faction you actively use. Compare the cost to the next milestone with the benefit shown in the upgrade preview. A milestone that helps your main faction can be more useful than small upgrades scattered across factions.
This is a spending recommendation: the best choice depends on which heroes and shards you already own.
- Check the preview for the exact hero and next Honor level.
- Prefer hero-specific surplus shards when they have no remaining star upgrades for that hero.
- Compare any use of universal shards against unfinished five-star heroes in your main squad.
- Check the selected hero’s actual Honor cap. Original UR heroes and promoted versions can have different caps.
How it differs from a formation faction bonus
Wall of Honor milestones are permanent faction progression bonuses. The wording specifies heroes in that faction; do not treat them as a bonus for every hero in a mixed squad.
